This award recognises the reagent supplier that the researchers who use CiteAb say they have been most impressed by over the past 12 months.
Nominations for this category were made by those who use life science reagents in their work and have personally used the company or supplier they nominated.
We are thrilled to announce that the winner of this award is ACD, a subsidiary of Bio-Techne. Those nominating the company said:
“Customer service at ACD is the best of all my suppliers, with the company always doing their absolute best to accommodate all of my needs as a researcher, and can help those with budgetary issues.“
“ACD’s main product, RNAScope, is absolutely unparalleled in the industry at the moment for the visualisation of RNA in tissue and cells. It has helped a large group of our researchers with their work and even comes up quite frequently now in paper review requests/comments.”
Dr Andrew Chalmers, founder of CiteAb, said: “We have had nominations in this category for ACD from all around the world, and each outlines the excellent quality of products and customer service. Many of the nominations highlighted particular members of staff at ACD that had made working with company easier for researchers, which impressed our judges. Well done to all those at the company, with a special mention for those working in customer services as they’re clearly doing an exceptional job.”
