Our FAQ's

01
Can I nominate my own company?
Yes! We encourage you to nominate your own company in any categories you are eligible for.
02
Can I nominate in multiple categories?
As long as you fit the category criteria, you can absolutely nominate for as many awards as you want to.
03
How are winners chosen in the nomination categories?
Each category will have different criteria, so please visit the individual award pages for more details. However across all of our awards we are looking for a demonstration of quality and impact - whether this be products, services or people! We will reward concise entries summarising achievements, with facts to back claims up. Independent judging panels will determine winners in many of our nomination categories.
04
What data do you use to determine winners in the data-based awards?
In our data based categories we use the high quality citation data we collect from scientific publications to determine winners. Each category has set criteria that we query our database for, to ensure unbiased analysis - you can visit individual category pages for more details. To learn more about our citation data and how we curate it, visit our website: https://www.citeab.com.
05
How do I suggest a category for next year's awards?
We welcome suggestions for categories. We have an awards committee who evaluate ideas and strive for a balanced awards programme, so we cannot guarantee that suggestions will be included in our awards. You can submit any suggestions via email to: awards@citeab.com.
06
When will winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on the 17th March and the awards presented at AACR for those attending.
07
What do I receive if I win in a category?
We will be producing a 'winners pack' which includes certificates, web badges and banners. A trophy and framed certificate will be presented at AACR, or sent to the respective winners if requested. Winners will also receive promotion from us on our channels and site, used by hundreds of thousands of researchers. As well-respected industry awards, you will be joining an impressive alumni of CiteAb Award winners.
