Your account is for your use only and you agree that you will not share your account or your account details with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and should take all reasonable steps to ensure that those details are kept secure and confidential.

We have the right to disable your user account at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows or has accessed your user account details, you must promptly notify us at hello@citeab.com .

Your use of this Site and our services

You must use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use this Site:

• contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism; or
• contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

Breach of these Terms of Use

When we consider that a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, which may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

• immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use this Site;
• immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to this Site;
• issue of a warning to you;
• legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs, on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs), resulting from the breach;
