Can I use CiteAb data internally as part of my subscription?
You are unable to download CiteAb data internally with an Explore subscription. We do however offer data licensing options through a CiteAb Unlimited subscription, enabling the internal integration of data into AI tools, knowledge management systems, and custom search tools to enable multi-target searching, experimental data retrieval, AI-driven insights and more.

What is the difference between Explore Individual and Explore Lab/Enterprise?
If multiple members of your organisation or lab group use CiteAb, Explore Lab or Enterprise is a cost-saving option to cover multiple individual subscriptions. It also comes with optional additional features such as internal, private data sharing for products on the CiteAb platform.

Can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription go to the Subscription section in the "Your account" menu.
How often is data updated on CiteAb?
We continuously update the data on CiteAb to ensure you see the most current, relevant information to inform research decisions.
Where do you get your data from for CiteAb?
We employ AI-driven text mining technology combined with human review by scientists to collect data from open-access, selected closed-access and preprint publications. We also curate information from third-party sources and supplier partners.

How does the free trial work?
Once you have chosen a plan, we will ask for your credit card details. You will then be granted a two week trial to the CiteAb Explore platform, which includes access to all our tools including Reagent Search and Image Search. We will notify you before your trial ends, giving you time to cancel your subscription or choose a different plan if required. You are also able to cancel your trial at any time during the two week period.
