Demonstrating secondary antibody performance across applications, species, dilutions and more is a mammoth task

Jackson ImmunoResearch offers over 4,000 secondary antibodies for a wide range of antibody-based applications, including immunofluorescence, ELISA, western blotting and flow cytometry.
With this diverse range of applications, as well as antibodies used in different species and experimental conditions, collecting in-depth experimental information in a clear and accessible way presented a significant challenge.
The solution
A plug-in citation tool to add scientific credibility to product pages
Jackson ImmunoResearch chose to install the Citation Widget, a plug-in web tool that displays citation data collected by CiteAb, due to how important it is for customers to be able to look at real lab use cases and compare product suitability for their experiments.
Not only is it essential for customers to be able to track traceability of products from source to applications, but CiteAb presents product data clearly to users so they can maximise their efficiency.
The CiteAb widget surfaces product-specific citations linked to experimental annotations, including species, dilution and reactant. On top of this, published images displayed are cropped to the panel of interest. This data is particularly high impact for researchers, helping to build trust.

The most important feature of the widget for Jackson ImmunoResearch was the ability for customers to filter by application and tissue species and access each citation on the product page.
